In an exhaustive search for the perfect production team, Betsey Long discovered "Zodlounge Music," (Richard Marx, Emily Osment) thanks to friend and CLASP inventor, Chris Estes. Based in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, the Zods consist of three extremely talented musicians/producers/engineers: Brett Vargason, Todd Shay, and Tom Michael.
Betsey recently finished her debut album "GEMINI" to be released August 9, 2011. "GEMINI" consists of two separate discs, one electronic, the other organic. You can find "GEMINI" on Betsey’s website, Betseylong.com, as well as iTunes.
She recently signed with Planet Hype and Ingrooves for digital distribution, along with Tinderbox Music for a nation wide radio distribution.

Betsey has performed live at 12th and Porter Nashville for a SESAC showcase while searching for the perfect Performing Rights Organization. She eventually became BMI affiliated publisher and BMI affiliated songwriter.
Betsey has since been featured in two very acclaimed A&R websites, Kings of A&R and Hits Daily Double, featured as an up and coming artist to pay attention to. She was the November cover girl of online's number one magazine, Alwayz Therro Mag. Betsey was interviewed by the magazine as well. Her most recent write up can be found in "The Examiner" online, written up after her performance at Nashville's local venue, The Rutledge.
Betsey’s recording project has also scored her a strategic partnership with MAC cosmetics.
She has been featured on Tadcast.com as per request by the owner, and recently, Betsey signed with Bunim/Murray Productions for placements in the The Real World and Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Betsey recently signed on as a featured artist for "Miss Behave" an online web series recieving over 10,000 hits.
